Tooth extractions
Indications for extractions are sevearly destructed teeth, impacted or retained teeth, remained roots of the teeth and healthy teeth because of orthodontic treatment. Most commonly, impacted or retained teeth are wisdom teeth. The procedure is painless because it is done underneath local anesthesia.

Frenulectomy
Frenulectomy is a surgical procedure used to solve a problem of low insertion of the upper frenulum. Low inserted frenulum pulls the upper lip so gums are very visable especially when the person is smiling and that isn’t esthetically acceptable. Other problem of low insertion of the frenulum is that it can cause formation of space between central incisors which also diminishes esthetic apperance.

Apicotomy
Apicotomy is a surgical removal of apex of the tooth. It is performed when chronic inflammation around the apex of the tooth persists even after attempted endodontic treatment and antibiotic treatment. It is the last attempt to save the tooth. Apicotomy is performed under local anesthesia which makes the procedure painless.
